Change Coach 

Starting salary £26,562 pa
37 hours per week
Based in Pool, Redruth
Fixed-term contract to 31 December 2019
 
Cornwall Development Company wishes to appoint the following post to the successful Lizard Pathways team in anticipation of new European Social Fund investment through the National Lottery’s Building Better Opportunities initiative.  
 
Led by Pluss, the Positive People project will help over 1,300 individuals who are out of work to build their skills, confidence and motivation.  Support for individuals will include basic literacy and numeracy skills in preparation for work.
 
As a Change Coach for the Positive People project, the post holder will deliver support to a caseload of disadvantaged participants with multiple barriers, adopting outreach and innovative methods to enabling them to enter training or employment. The post holder will also have responsibility for  financial and performance monitoring, and effective and compliant record-keeping.

Key Worker

Starting salary £23,243 pa
37 hours per week
Based in Pool, Redruth
Fixed-term contract to 31 December 2019
 
As a Key Worker the post holder will be delivering employment and skills support on a variety of funding contracts, and developing new areas of the service to ensure sustainability of service delivery.  
 
The post is funded by the European Social Fund investment in employment support in the county, which has been secured through the Department of Work and Pensions and the Contractor, Reed In Partnership.

COMMUNITY LED LOCAL DEVELOPMENT (CLLD) 

Cornwall Development Company is currently recruiting for CLLD, a £15m ERDF/ESF economic development programme targeting the most deprived areas in Cornwall where economic performance has trailed the county as a whole. Programme Manager

Starting salary £43,464
37 hours per week
Based in Pool, Redruth
Fixed-term to 30 September 2021
 
The Programme Manager will drive the implementation and delivery of the CLLD programme across Cornwall, ensuring effective and compliant delivery of the programme funds, and sound financial/programme management. An understanding of the causes, impacts and means of addressing deprivation will be a key aspect of this role, as will championing the programme to enhance recognition of achievements across the four LAG areas.

Administrator

Starting salary £17,809 
37 hours per week
Based in Pool, Redruth
Fixed-term to 30 September 2021
 
The Administrator will ensure the provision of proactive and effective secretarial, budgetary and administrative support to the Programme Manager and wider CLLD team. The development and delivery of administrative systems that meet both business needs and ERDF/ESF audit and funding requirements will also form part of this role.
