The Projects Consultancy Team can assist organisations access funding from a range of sources such as the European Structural Funds, the South West Regional Development Agency and the Lottery Funds. A dedicated team of project development professionals is available to help organisations from the project planning stage right through to submission of reports and claims and monitoring.

We specialise in economic development and regeneration projects for Cornwall, including transnational projects with European partners.

We have specialist skills in a range of subject area including strategic marketing, business incubation and new workspace, ICT, heritage and culture, transport infrastructure, renewable energy, town regeneration and workforce and skills development.

We have in depth knowledge of European Structural Fund programmes to add to our extensive experience of Lottery funding. Members of the team are accredited Prince2 practitioners.
