Enterprise Facilitation® - Sirolli Institute

Based in the west of the county, the programme’s two community-based Enterprise Facilitators work with a panel of volunteers from the local community to support new and growing businesses with their development.

The Enterprise Facilitatator will help you to identify what you are really passionate about and then help you to build a team that will enable you to do only what you enjoy doing.

The Trinity of Management identifies 3 key areas of business, Product or Service, Sales and Marketing, Finance and Admin.

The entrepreneur can only successfully do one of these things and trying to cover all aspects will only detract from your area of expertise, your ‘passion’.

Resources and networks exist in your community to help you build your business, not necessarily costing lots of money, and the task of Enterprise Facilitators is to help you to find those resources so that you can build a successful thriving business and help in the regeneration of the community where you live and work.

The help of the Enterprise Facililitators is free, totally confidential, available to anyone and with no restrictions on the type of business that they can work with.

The only things that they ask are:

1. that you recognise the Trinity of Management business model 

2. that you contact them if you want help, they will not look for you or chase you
