Where are our offices?
The Cornwall Development Company has two main locations: Pydar House in Truro and South Wheal Crofty in Pool, Redruth.
It also has a number of other office locations across the county for its tourism services, the Local Action Groups and the Bodmin Moor Livestock Initiative.
Pydar House Location
Pydar House is the main office for the Cornwall Development Company and it is the base for Jobline Staffing, Invest in Cornwall, Business Services and VisitCornwall. It is also the location for the company's executive team, and its corporate services.
Pydar House is fully DDA compliant but if you are visiting our offices and have any other special requirements please let us know.

South Wheal Crofty Location
South Wheal Crofty is the base for the Places and Sites Delivery team, the Partnership, Fund and Project Services team, Lizard Pathways, the Cornwall Agri-Food Council, Low Carbon Cornwall and the Digital Programme.
